Professional career

After training as a forwarding agent in 1992, Immo Schulz moved to TNT Express in 1995 after holding a number of other positions. There he worked for several years in operations, both in day-to-day business and in the central local transport division.

In 2008, he joined the Group's own "TNT Akademie GmbH" for the first time as a trainer for technical and soft skills training. He also made a name for himself in project management for the introduction of a European Learning Center as a shared service center and a European Learning Mgt system. In 2014, he moved back to operations into a regional management position as "Cluster Manager Warehouse and Office". In 2017 he was appointed back to TNT Academy to accompany and support the Post Merger Integration after the acquisition of TNT by FedEx on the "people side". He worked in leadership development, coaching and corporate culture projects. He developed and led a large team of trainers to support the post-merger integration.

Since 2022, he has made his knowledge and experience available to the market as an independent trainer, coach, change manager and corporate culture developer in personnel and organizational development.

Trainer, consultant and coach

The basis of his trainer and consultant activities was formed in 2008 by a certified trainer training at Neuland in Fulda and, in the run-up to this, various further training courses on workshop design, presentation and rhetoric. This was followed by training and certification in the field of dangerous goods (ADR and IATA DGR, PK6) and aviation security as well as in project management. After a few semesters of psychology at the Fernuni Hagen, he completed a coaching training (ECA), a change management training as well as a training as a corporate culture facilitator at Senn Delaney, a Heidrick & Struggles Company. He also worked on various personnel development topics and in corresponding project groups. In this way, Mr. Schulz acquired extensive experience in the development and implementation of training and a holistic understanding of personnel and organizational development in transport logistics.
