Approach

My passion is development processes: Change and learning in combination with the development of today's essential soft skills, flexibility and responsiveness as a manager and company. To this end, I combine approaches from agility and lean management with methods to ensure sustainability and organizational resilience. Change is always an opportunity for improvement. I see my role as encouraging change, inspiring, motivating, accompanying, structuring and offering a protected framework for sustainable and tailor-made development in which you can feel optimally supported at all times.

My approach is systemic and person-centered. For me, systemic means designing holistic, sustainable processes and always keeping an eye on the bigger picture. Person-centered means meeting each other honestly, at eye level and with sincere interest. This creates the basis for sustainable and touching change. My motivation is the opportunity to turn change into improvement for you. For the benefit of everyone involved.
