Professional career

Born in Rio de Janeiro and raised in Brazil and Portugal, Jochen Weisser and his family moved to Germany, where he completed his A-levels in Bonn and went on to study biology at the Friedrich Wilhelm University, graduating with a doctorate.

He worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 30 years and successfully held various positions in sales, marketing, supply chain and project management during his career. His extensive management experience has enabled him to lead teams of various sizes up to 100 employees.

Jochen Weisser has been a freelance trainer since 2018. His work focuses on leadership development, employee management, communication, presentation and conflict management. In 2020, he supplemented his portfolio with additional training as a digital specialist trainer.
