Professional career

Mr Herges began his professional training in the exciting environment of freight forwarding, logistics and transport. Afterwards, he became enthusiastic about travel technology for more than ten years at the dynamic and innovation-driven top 10 tour operator Vtours GmbH. Mr. Herges was trained as an international manager through very professional coaching and successfully led the project management team in the role of Team Leader Project Management IT for almost six years. In this role, he was responsible for the implementation of agile and hybrid project management in Argentina and Brazil, among other things. In April 2017, Mr Herges took over the management of Vtours' research laboratory as Head of Business Development. Since April 2018, Mr Herges has been acting as Head of LCT Prime in the role of coach, trainer and consultant at LCT Herges; a long-standing cooperation partner of the Lobraco Academy.

Björn Herges is intensively involved in training, further development and research in process management in warehousing & logistics in combination with modern and virtual leadership, agile or hybrid project, lean and change management. He combines leadership values with the New Ways of Work and focuses his actions on holistic corporate management. Accordingly, his training portfolio has a very exciting breadth and depth and enjoys top ratings among participants. The content of his seminars and workshops is based on combinations of several methods in order to impart the greatest possible know-how to the participants. The contents of "Leadership and Communication" can be found in the most diverse aspects and fields of action. In consulting projects, among other things, synergies of operations and management are successfully implemented via efficient communication tools. Mr Herges stands for practical training with a high proportion of practice and for the targeted implementation of modern instruments within consulting projects.
