Professional career

Mr. Herges began his professional training in the exciting field of freight forwarding, logistics and transport. He then spent more than ten years working in travel technology at the dynamic and innovation-driven top 10 tour operator Vtours GmbH. Mr. Herges was trained as an international manager through highly professional coaching and successfully led the project management team for almost six years in the role of Team Leader Project Management IT. In this role, he was responsible for the implementation of agile and hybrid project management in Argentina and Brazil, among other things. In April 2017, Mr. Herges took over the management of the Vtours research laboratory as Head of Business Development. Since April 2018, Mr. Herges has been acting as Head of LCT Prime in the role of coach, trainer and consultant at LCT Herges; a long-standing cooperation partner of the Lobraco Academy.
