Confidently dealing with verbal challenges: Participants learn how to respond quickly and appropriately to verbally challenging situations and killer phrases in order to de-escalate the conversation and maintain control.Recognizing and defending against verbal attacks: Participants acquire the ability to recognize verbal attacks quickly and respond to them confidently in order to strengthen their position and avoid escalation.
Setting clear boundaries: Participants practise how to set clear boundaries in conversations and conflict situations while communicating responsibly and respectfully.
Dealing calmly with shock: Participants develop strategies for dealing with personal attacks or shock in a calm and professional manner without losing control of their reactions.
