Professional career

After more than 10 years as an optician in customer consulting and sales, Evelyn Schuy joined one of Germany's most renowned dialogue marketing agencies, Jäger & Schmitter DiaLog, in 1993. In just under 7 years, she went through a classic call centre career, initially as a call agent, team leader, team coordinator and project manager of incoming and outgoing telephone projects.

At the beginning of 2000, she moved to Karl Schäfer Personalberatung & Training, in Cologne. There she implemented a service call center in the existing corporate landscape.

As marketing and project manager, she was responsible for the sales of the service. Selection, team development and training of employees were also part of her responsibilities.

Evelyn Schuy has been an independent sales, communication and mental trainer since July 2003.

Trainer, Consultant & Coach

Evelyn Schuy completed her training as a personal trainer at Karl Schäfer Personal Beratung & Training, in Cologne.

In addition, she has completed the following training: "Systemic Team and Organizational Constellation" at A. von Bröckel Consulting in Kiel, as well as a self-initiated study of neuroscience.

As a consultant she accompanies teams and their leaders in the areas of team development and motivation.

The focus of her work as a trainer and coach lies in the areas of acquisition, sales, customer orientation, complaint and claims management.
