Professional career

After graduating from the Carl-Bosch-Gymnasium in Ludwigshafen, Andreas Riegel first worked as a delivery driver for various express service providers. He then completed an apprenticeship as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk in a trial model, with the additional qualification of logistics assistant. In 2013 he started a part-time study in the field of business administration, which he successfully completed with the title Bachelor of Arts with a focus on personnel recruitment and retention in the freight forwarding environment. He gained his extensive professional knowledge and experience as a sales representative in the field, as well as a dispatcher, team leader corporate support and as a transport manager (Hermes Logistics Group, Hans K. Schmitt GmbH, Distribution GmbH Koblenz).
