There are always problems everywhere, aren't there? Wouldn't it be great to accept the challenge and look for the right solution? But what exactly is the best way to go about it? The seminar discusses approaches that help to break down problems and develop solutions in small steps. Before that, however, problems are first reinterpreted as opportunities in order to get the desire to look for a solution in the first place. Communication and root cause analysis in the problem space will also not be neglected and problems will suddenly become small gifts.
