The cooperation partners, trainers and consultants of the Lobraco Academy discuss the trends of further education and get further educated themselves.
Dernbach (Westerwald), 07 December 2018 - The cooperation partners, trainers and consultants of Lobraco Akademie GmbH, have met again for their annual meeting. The Lobraco Academy GmbH, with your sister companies Lobraco Live Online GmbH and the Rhineland Competence Center Management & Sales has, in addition to its own 5 permanent trainers more than 15 other, partly very close cooperation with trainers for their customers in use. At the Lobraco Academy, all trainers are "at home" in the transport and logistics industry and have versatile knowledge and extensive experience in their respective fields.
Lobraco has conducted over 350 face-to-face trainings and almost 1700 LLION's = Lobraco Live Online Seminars in 2018. Along with this, Lobraco recorded a total of over 27,000 seminar participants (incl. LLION) in 2018. The main focus in the range of services is on specialist topics, such as customs, dangerous goods, aviation security as well as scheduling and all topics from the areas of logistics, warehousing and handling. Another major topic area is training and consulting services in the field of management development and sales. New products and services are being developed for 2019. The specialist topics will focus in particular on logistics planning games and the area of foreign trade (customs).
Lobraco is also stepping up its international activities. Here, the program "Forwarder Certification" has proven itself in the last two years for worldwide seminars in the virtual classroom (LLION). The program is currently conducted in Spanish, Portuguese, German and English in over 50 countries around the world (...in the virtual classroom).
The two managing directors Christian Buchenthal and Dieter Froitzheim welcomed the colleagues to the new company headquarters in Dernbach (Westerwald).
Dieter Froitzheim: "We are very pleased with the very good seminar evaluations from our customers. In particular, it is emphasized that it is an immense advantage for the participants of the trainings and LLION's that the trainers all have the necessary expertise in the industry and learning content can be conveyed very practically."
Christian Buchenthal adds: "I am glad that we can set up such a team of trainers for our customers. At the same time, the customers' demand for the qualification of their employees is growing more and more. Here, the quality of the trainers is an outstanding basis for customer satisfaction." In addition to the exchange of information, the own further training was on the agenda. The attending trainers were intensively trained by Claudia Esser, manusfactur, in the design of seminar documents and flipcharts.
All participants use the meeting for successful networking and information exchange. The Lobraco Academy looks optimistically into the future with its new, experienced and professional trainers and consultants.
