20 years....

At the beginning of the Logistic Brain Company (yes: that's what Lobraco stands for) was a lot of practical experience, theoretical knowledge and a lot of enthusiasm.

Of very great importance was always Christian Buchenthal's maxim "from practice for practice" - the spirit of optimism and of course the magic inherent in every beginning....

Christian Buchenthal founded Lobraco e.K. in February 2002, which quickly established itself on the market.
The steady growth quickly required the support of further technical experts.

In 2010, Lobraco Akademie GmbH was founded with the participation of the second managing director Dieter Froitzheim, both of whom formed the perfect synergy and thus placed the newly founded company, with the help of the expanding team, on an even broader foundation. In order to be able to take into account the following leaps in development and customer wishes, the Lobraco Academy developed the product LLION in 2015, which is used for Lobraco Live Online seminars. This product increasingly made it possible to offer training as a fully-fledged online service. Already in 2015, an international logistics training project was launched via LLION, which has been consistently and successfully implemented in 72 countries to date and in the future.  

20 years in which we have faced some challenges, changes - some intentional and some unforeseen.

"Nothing is as constant as change", Heraclitus once said, and yet - albeit somewhat more mature and experienced - we still live our original passion and have remained true to our values:

• For us, people always come first
• we are still excited to face the new thematic fields
• Effectiveness and inspiration are our credo
• Together with our clients, we immerse ourselves in their specific challenges and are only finished when a viable solution is in place
• And as much quoted as the sentence may be, Christian Buchenthal still says today "from practice for practice".

Standing here, looking back, but also looking forward, fills us with humility and a great deal of gratitude. From the bottom of our hearts, we would like to express our gratitude to our clients and the thousands of participants who have placed their trust in us. Likewise to all our business partners and companions and to our brilliant team of experts who make Lobraco Akademie GmbH what it is every day with their knowledge and skills.

We really still have a lot of plans and look forward to further cooperation!
