Throughout her career, Claudia Schwinn has successfully held various positions in sales and has extensive leadership experience, with a focus on sales, at market-leading logistics and consulting firms. She has more than 30 years of logistics experience and worked for many years as an independent consultant specializing in executive and human resources development, with a focus on sales and logistics.

Claudia Schwinn completed her training as a business and sales trainer at forward academy GmbH in Wettenberg; she earned her certification as aperson-centered coach at Echt Coaching in Heidelberg.
This was followed by a number of additional training programs at various educational institutions.

Claudia Schwinn continues to assist companies with strategic development and the implementation of change processes in sales, leadership, and human resources development.

Other areas of focus include executive coaching and sparring, as well as strengthening personal sales and leadership skills. Here, she draws on her experience and expertise as a certified Gallup Global Strengths Coach.
