Professional career

After completing her professional training as an international marketing assistant, Bianca Kleine-Wilde took over the management of the Wirtschaftsakademie Pfalz in 2000. She initially taught the subjects of business management, human resources, marketing/sales, production and materials management, and cost accounting.

She gained professional experience with a wide variety of target groups from companies, social institutions and further education academies. She expanded her portfolio by designing and conducting trainings and coachings in the field of personal development.

Since 2020, Bianca Kleine-Wilde has focused on training for junior managers in the chemical and logistics industries.
