Professional career

After studying business administration with a focus on marketing in Germany and the Netherlands, Andreas Leschke began his professional career as a marketing and sales trainee at a medium-sized company. His first major project involved planning and organizing the establishment of a subsidiary in Austria. He subsequently managed this company for several years as sales and branch manager and has been an enthusiastic resident of Vienna ever since.

After a detour into direct marketing (including as managing director of a subsidiary of Austrian Post AG), Mr. Leschke moved into the training sector. He represented the Austrian market for a large international training company for several years and has been a freelance trainer, consultant, and coach since 2014.

Trainer

In addition to his academic education and practical experience, Mr. Leschke's training skills are based on in-service communication and coaching training. He has continuously expanded these skills with further training and certifications from renowned training institutes.

Depending on the requirements of the specific project, Mr. Leschke provides advice at both the strategic and implementation levels and implements training and coaching measures in a targeted manner to ensure that the desired learning and development goals are achieved. He is familiar with working with employees at all hierarchical levels. He is fluent in English and has already trained numerous international groups in English.

In his workshops and training sessions, Mr. Leschke creates an open, positive, and relaxed atmosphere that encourages participants to develop or try out alternative behaviors in a safe environment, practice them, and apply them in their own work.
