Professional career

As a trained hotel manager, Ms Urban likes to follow the motto "regular guests are the best way to get paid". Customer-oriented and strategically planned assignments have shaped Ms Urban into a successful Port & Operations Manager for Intercruises as part of the TUI Group in Mexico.

Within the scope of her many years of experience abroad, her extended knowledge of Spanish and English was put to use on a daily basis. In various areas and positions with a focus on sales, purchasing, scheduling and operations at the leading tourism provider, she has learned that continuous, business, customer-oriented restructuring and resulting constant employee training are basic requirements and the key to success for an appreciative interaction in a networked world.

Trainer, Mentor & Coach

After many years of experience as a leader and manager, she returned to Germany in 2019 and was certified as a trainer, mentor and coach in adult and personnel development with train-the-trainer competence. First assignments in the field of human resources development at educational institutions as a freelance lecturer and communication trainer strengthened your desire to actively contribute to the transfer of knowledge.

Personal development and further education are important to Ms. Urban, and so she has completed the following further education and courses in recent years:

• AEVO Certification (IHK)
• University Course Logistics: Fundamentals, Systems and Technologies (Euro FH)
• internal corporate communications (ILS)

As a "data geek", Ms. Urban completed a Data Science Bootcamp and CRM Data Manager course with a focus on Business Intelligence.

Since 2020, she has been training and accompanying global development programs in the areas of logistics and communication in English and Spanish, always bringing her Individual Psychology experience to the table.
