Since September 1, 2018, applications for the approval of a storage facility and applications for comprehensive security can be submitted, the application deadline for this ends in one month. So if you have not yet submitted a corresponding application, you need to do so as quickly as possible. Previously, no customs authorization was required for this, only the introduction of the UCC makes authorization necessary.

For details of the calculation, please refer to the EU Guidelines "Guarantees for potential or existing customs debts" in Chapter V.2.3 "Establishment of the reference amount".
You must calculate this reference amount yourself and the assumptions you make must be plausible and comprehensible.
The reference amount can be reduced to 50 percent, 30 percent or 0 percent, i.e. a correct calculation is of great importance for your company. The criteria can also be found in the guidelines.
As mentioned at the beginning: you don't have much time left to submit your application, so make the most of the current deadline!
