Training requirements "Safety culture" from 31.12.2021
Current information for all known consignors from the Federal Aviation Office!
On 31.12.2021, new training requirements of EU law on "safety culture" will come into force for all training under Chapter 11.2 of the Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1998.
According to this, knowledge of "elements that contribute to building a robust and resilient security culture in the workplace and aviation sector, which include, but are not limited to, insider threats and radicalisation" must be demonstrated in the future.
The amount of training for the new training contents is one teaching unit for clauses 11.2.3.1 to 11.2.3.10, 11.2.6 and 11.2.7 (ALSO 11.2.3.9) of the Annex to the Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1998, and three teaching units of 45 minutes each for clauses 11.2.4 and 11.2.5 of the Annex to the Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1998.
