The legal bases of customs and foreign trade law, especially after the introduction of the Union Customs Code, are not always easy to implement in daily practice. For the professionals concerned, the application of the provisions is often a challenge. There is a risk of incurring excessive costs or even becoming liable to prosecution. The

EU customs law therefore stipulates that employees involved in the import and export of goods must be appropriately qualified. Our certificate course is the solid basic training for practice.

In addition to basic knowledge of the legal principles, we impart directly applicable detailed knowledge on all topics of customs and foreign trade law.
