Dominic Steinborn - Speaker and Trainer of Lobraco Akademie GmbH

Dominic Steinborn is a partner in the law firm Kunz Rechtsanwälte and Lobraco Akadmie GmbH.

Together with his team, he advises companies on all aspects of transport and logistics as well as insurance law.

One focus of his work is advising and representing companies in the context of reviewing, optimizing and drafting contracts and general terms and conditions as well as assisting in contract negotiations in the logistics sector. Mr. Steinborn also advises and represents companies in the design of their procedures in the area of customs and foreign trade and in this respect represents them vis-à-vis customs authorities and fiscal courts in the event of unjustified or excessively claimed customs and import duties. In particular, he also advises on the design of internal company procedures and preventive design measures for the future avoidance of risks as well as the establishment and improvement of existing compliance management systems.

Mr. Steinborn was a lecturer for insurance law at the Technical University of Cologne from 2015 to 2019. He works for various seminar organisers as a lecturer for courses for specialist lawyers and in-house training.
